I am 34 and feel better about my health now than when I was 18! A lot of people are reporting the same. The reason is that it’s becoming easier to learn how to live healthy – even though the majority of people still continue to get fatter and lead unhealthy lives.

If you are interested in leading a healthier life, I can recommend a few great places to start.

Men’s Health and Women’s Health magazines are both excellent resources for proper diet, and the best fitness book I’ve ever read is The Men’s Health Cover Model Workout.

For those of you who are obese, sprint exercises are probably out of the question, but for the rest, you can literally get fit just by performing these two simple exercises everyday:

Start by bending at the waist and then jumping as high as you can, repeatedly, for as long as you can continue. As you are performing your jumps, reach to the sky with your hands.

To work your upper body, perform pushups at a fast pace. If you are fit, try to push yourself off the ground as high as you can and repeat until you are exhausted. These higher intensity exercises are a super quick way to get in shape. They will help you reach your goals much faster than lower intensity exercises, and they are quick and you can perform them anywhere.

Do this every day for 90 days and you will see a huge difference!

Here is my normal daily diet:

* Breakfast is normally two cooked eggs and two slices of toast.

* Lunch has become my biggest meal of the day. I go to buffets where I load up on vegetables, fruits, brown rice, beans, and usually fish or chicken.

* I drink natural juices two to three times a day. This defies everything I’ve read, but in Brazil, where I am currently living, everyone does this so I am doing it too.

* I drink a “green drink” daily. This is a vegetable powder mixed with water, milk, or some juice. I mix milk and green tea plus a Vitamin C packet into the vegetable blend.

* I drink water throughout the day. This helps keep me energized. I keep a jug of water at my office desk and another next to my bed at night.

* My typical dinner plate has about one-third less food than what I was used to eating when I was growing up.

* I make sure I eat a little protein with every meal.

* I eat an average of 4 meals per day.

Hopeful entrepreneurs spend thousands of dollars seeking out the magic solution to making their businesses successful. And so-called “gurus” or “business experts” are happily taking their money.

These “gurus” can present their ideas with passion and world-class speaking skills, convincing hopeful entrepreneurs that their way is the right way to do business. But do these “gurus” really offer anything that can move them forward in a substantive way? From my own experience, the answer is no.

I have been a victim. I paid thousands of dollars hoping to learn from “business experts” how to do things better. I got stuck in this cycle for two years, and I probably accomplished less in those two years than I have at any other point!

Once I broke free from these “gurus,” I started to take a second look at them. What have they done? For every “guru” I looked at, I saw they had very little business success outside of their careers as “gurus.”

It made me realize I had built more successful businesses than these so-called “gurus” I was paying to teach me – HA! That was the greatest lesson I learned. And it put me back on track, trusting my own business instincts. Since then, I have become more productive than ever.

So stop sending these people your money. Instead, focus on what you can learn for free. Then focus on ACTING on what you have learned. This is the biggest secret to success that anyone can teach you – and now you know it for free.
